Reborn Phil from the Reborn Phil kit by LINDE SCHERER
Baby Phil has have been lovingly brought to life using Genesis Heat Set Paints, these paints are permanent and will not fade or chip.
Before starting the painting process he had a very hot baby bubble bath so he has that beautiful baby smell.
I have given Phil some very subtle blue veins painted on different parts of his body that are just visible through his skin.
Using my very own skin tone mix as a base coat I then started building the different skin tones of dark and shade over many hours sealing each layer at very high temperatures so it will not fade or chip.
His fingers and toe nails have been given some slight blushing and had off white tips added then sealed with varnish. He has ¾ arms and legs.
I have given him superb quality Blonde wavy Mohair which has been hand micro rooted. He has dark Blue Eyes edged with Beautiful dark Brown Eyelashes.
His body has been weighted with high quality ultra fine glass beads and some ultra! ultra fine glass beads mixed with some squidgy baby fat which has been placed inside a bag not touching his jointed cloth body this has been toped with high quality fibre fill and baby fat.
His head has been weighted with slightly larger glass beads.
I’ve Opened Phil’s nose then shaded the inside to add depth,
I’ve also backed his nose with dark felt.
His lips have been Shaded using several different shades of paint.
