I would like all customers to have a positive buying experience through my service at Carole's Cuties. I offer for sale my own artistically enhanced collectable vinyl
baby dolls.
I spend a great deal of time on my dolls and obviously love the craft of bringing
them to life, giving them their own personality
with lots of care and attention to detail. I would not pass a baby doll for sale unless
it is of a standard I would buy for myself. I have babies on my website for sale. I
can obtain a doll kit for you, that you can choose, to commission a OOAKbaby. I
source my kits from many different suppliers both from UK, America and Germany.
Remember, if you have already got a doll kit, or know of a specific one you want
reborn, just let me know which one and I can usually obtain it. It is a dual service
here of available finished dolls, and commissions. I usually obtain ltd edition
sculpts by well known doll artists to reborn.
PAYMENT
I accept payment through Pay pal, also by cheque, or postal orders. I accept all the main credit cards through Pay pal and you have the added advantage of cover from your credit card company as an assurance on goods you buy as standard, as well as Pay pal security. Once I have all the details from you and have your email address I send a pay pal invoice for the deposit plus the cost of the kit (the deposit is £30.00,
total deposit depends on the cost of the kit you choose). If by cheque I email an invoice with my full address and details.
I do send pictures of the completed doll for your approval before requesting any further payments after the initial deposit.
DISPATCH
I usually dispatch my baby dolls after funds have cleared on final payment, and this is within a week on Pay pal, and 7-10 working days on cheques.
I use a Parcel force to deliver your new baby doll.
For International enquiries, please contact me by email to advise me where you live
and I will obtain the best shipping price and insurance for that destination. I
usually use DHL International or FEDEX.
RETURNS
I do obviously inspect all dolls before dispatch and I wrap each doll very securely.
By courier (UK only) there should not be any damage and the baby doll should
arrive safely and in perfect condition. If there was a situation where damage in
transit occurred, I would need photos of the package and the damage to the doll, to
put in a claim to the courier company, although I have not had to do this for any
dispatches to date.
If you need to return your baby, You MUST contact me immediately upon receipt
of the doll, and the return must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the dolL
The doll must be returned in the condition received, in original packaging, with all
items and accessories included. I also require you ship with express post, with
FULL insurance and tracking information (which should be forwarded to me at
time of shipment). If there is damage or loss during return shipping and these
requirements have NOT been met then I accept no responsibility.
Any doll returned to me is at your own cost, which I will try to obtain a refund for from the said courier company, and it can only be for damage reasons.
Sorry, I cannot accept dolls back once they have left my environment and be
handled for any reason other than damaged in transit. I don't sell second hand
dolls, which is what a returned doll would be if you had simply changed your mind.
Sorry, all sales are final with the exception of damage in transit.
My babies are produced in a clean smoke free environment by myself, all my babies
are hand painted, and produced entirely by me, and no other production is involved.
I choose the best baby clothing suited to the personality of the baby doll which is
included in the price, I photograph them in natural light conditions, and I will
mention in any description, what isn't included for sale in any photo, that have
been used as props e.g. baby blanket, teddy etc.
PRIVACY
I handle your order and personal/business information myself, therefore it is secure, and it will never be used for anything else. Your email address is only used
for invoicing, or contacting you.

This form is to be filled out by the artist after a discussion of requirements with the customer, and should be checked thoroughly by the customer before they sign it and agree to the specifications shown. Any changes or additions need to be cleared with the artist and may require a new contract to be issued.

In the case of unavoidable delays you will be informed immediately. We can not be held responsible for unavoidable delays, and they will not serve as grounds to terminate this contract-AII dates are for guidance only.
Please note that in the unlikely event that you are not totally happy with your baby, it must be returned in its original condition and original packaging complete with all outfits and accessories within seven days of receipt.Your deposit is non refundable as are any cost incurred shipping the doll out.The doll must be returned by a tracked and signed for service at the customer's expense. Failure to comply with the above may forfeit some or all the refund given.
